Vedarjana School of Ayurveda introduces Ayurveda and Wellness workshops in Argentina, Brazil and the Czech Republic with Dr. Satinder Rusetra.

Established in 2016, Vedarjana School of Ayurveda’s goal was sharing the ancient science of life ‘Ayurveda’ with the rest of the world. “Veda” is the wisdom and “Arjana” is to acquire. Vedarjana’s mission is met by teaching the wisdom it has acquired over the years. More so now than ever, that mission is satisfied as Dr. Satinder Rusetra travels outside of India to spread the Ayurvedic knowledge.

Vedarjana Education Trust was founded by Dr Satinder Rusetra in Rishikesh, India. Dr. Satinder Rusetra’s students and patients recognize his commitment to the art of healing and wellness. His approach to teaching is inspiring, his knowledge is vast, and his demeanor is inviting.

1   Ayurveda Bodywork:-

This workshop is designed to introduce basic Ayurvedic principles. Application of restorative Ayurveda body treatments as well as personal self-care technique will be discussed in depth.
Ayurveda, the science of life, includes preventive and curative therapies that help achieve optimal health by maintaining tissue equilibrium. Panchkarma therapies promote homeostasis of an already healthy person and tackle the tri-doshic rhythms in different seasons. Learning about Ayurvedic therapies empowers us back to our own health in ways that might not have seemed possible before. Ayurveda Bodywork Workshop will revive senses, build awareness, and advocate effective, long-term healing for life.

2   Ayurveda – Ageing, Rejuvenation and Ways of Living

This workshop addresses the causes for aging. Identifying certain triggers and factors that cause us to age, the primary focus will be on exposing effective ways to anti-age while simultaneously rejuvenating the body. Every human lives under some sort of stress in order to survive; a stressful life harms our health, happiness, and inner sense of well-being. Rasayana therapy is necessary to rejuvenate the body systems for better harmony in body, mind, and soul.
Along with that focuses on how lifestyle plays a key role in health and wellness sectors. Finding a safe, stable balance between mind and body is what that leads to genuine, optimal living.
Ayurveda teaches us how to maintain and protect physical as well as mental health to achieve longevity. It covers every aspect of life in order to achieve homeostasis. Evaluating diet, behavior, rules and regulations, we can learn which areas are beneficial or harmful in our life. To maintain equilibrium, we must know our nature and learn to live according to its real needs.

3    Ayurveda – Diet and Cooking

This workshop blends seasonal foods with cooking methods that suit all body constitutions. A well chosen diet along with properly selected foods are what fuel both the body and the mind. Food is medicine, therefore we let medicine become the food.
Ayurveda teaches us that right food and diet make a powerful combination for excellent health. Ayurveda helps us recognize which food will align with our constitution and with the seasons. This brings balance, increases energy, and builds true health. In addition, to avoid toxins in the body certain food combinations must be addressed.
