For A Healthy Body And Mind
In the present day mechanical life everyone is under constant stress. Mental stress is more prominent than physical stress. Dinacharya i.e. daily regimen has become mere formality, the golden rules prescribed by the great Ayurveda acharyas, like swasthavrittam, sadvrittam & achar rasayana etc. for a sound body and mind are almost forgotten. A healthy life style is the single most important determinant of health. Excessive exposure to stress dramatically affect not only the life span, but overall the quantity of the life as well. Stress can affect how you feel, think, behave and how your body works. Stress can cause variety of symptoms like anxiety, fatigue, depression, headache, increased anger, relationship troubles etc. If we cannot sleep well and maintain good digestion and elimination, how can we enjoy the jobs, money, luxuries, relationships and power we are struggling to achieve?
How does it work?
According to Ayurveda, our inability to deal with stress is due to an imbalance or lack coordination of 3 mental functions- Dhi (learning), Dhriti (retention) and Smriti (long-term memory).
At Vedarjana, the stress management program is aimed at relieving the stress accumulated over years by achieving proper hormonal balance and strengthening mental power to better manage with stress in the future.
