If you really want to go deeper, this course is waiting for you. It covers the basic principles of Ayurveda, diets, life style, herbs and diagnostic methods of Ayurveda along with study of common diseases. The main goal of these 3 months of fruitful classes is to investigate the real sense of well-being from the Ayurvedic perspective, identifying imbalances and their causes, as well as presenting methods of restoring the harmony of body and mind. You will be able to recognize doshas and their effects, and mostly, develop diet and lifestyle plans in order to recover balance and vitality.
Students can join this wellness program in two ways, 1st after completing the Ayurveda and Panchakarma therapy level 1 and 2 because for the 1st month course contents will be same and rest two months they can complete later also as per dates provides by school or else they can directly join the 3 month program.
