7:00am to 8:00 am
It is important to understand the respective roles of Ayurveda and Yoga in the Vedic system. Ayurveda is the Vedic system developed specifically for healing purposes. Yoga is the Vedic system of spiritual practice or sadhana. Yoga for healing should be applied according to Ayurvedic guidelines of diagnosis, treatment, and health maintenance. We at Vedarjana every day starts with Yoga session by 7:00am (if you opted for) and the session ends at 8:00 am.
8:00 am to 9:00 am
At the start of the day, between 6:00 and 10:00 a.m, Agni is moderately low, and it’s not easy to digest a big breakfast. Ayurveda recommend an easily digestible meal that nourishes the body by giving it the fuel it needs, without overpowering it.
10:00 am to 11:30 am
From 10:00 am we start the theory session with chanting of Ayurveda Prayer, theory session continue till 11:30 am.
11:30 am to 11:45 am
After 2 hours theory session a refreshing 15 minutes break with herbal tea where Students can discuss about the topics among themselves and have a sip of tea to get refresh.
11:45 am to 1:00 pm
Then 2nd theoretical session will start at 11:45 am which continuous till 1:00pm. At the end of this session students can discuss their doubts/ problems with the teacher.
1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
Agni, the digestive fire will be strong at noon. An appropriate quality and quantity of food is necessary, which nourishes the body and mind in proper way. A properly planned ayurvedic diet meal will be available at noon. The lunch break will be provided till 2pm which can be enjoyed in the open garden in the school campus.
2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
The practical will be starting from 2pm where practical techniques of Pancha ka ma therapy will be taught including demo. It help students to understand the practical aspects of therapy techniques well, session continuous till 4:00pm.
