This short course covers the basic principles of Ayurveda. Fundamental knowledge of Ayurveda is important for every human being as it will help them to discover themselves as well as leads to healthy and happy life. This foundation course is good for beginner. It has a balanced proportion of theory and practical’s.
Methodology – The program will be conducted through a combination of lectures, discussions and practical demonstration. Teaching and practical demonstration will be done 5 hours per day, 6 days a week.
